NEW AND RETURNING PLAYER REGISTRATION
Registration is open to boys and girls ages 5-12 years of age.

…Tackle Football, Flag Football, and Cheerleaders…
Registration requires a $150 minimum initial payment and a completed 2011 season application;
the remaining $100 balance will be due April 2011.

Please bring: Payment in cash, a copy of your child’s birth certificate, and your child
(for uniform fitting and league photo).
