If registering as a team the maximum net age of players on court will be 35 (ie. if you have 2 x 13 year olds you will need a 9 year old to balance your team 13+13+9=35) this is to ensure all our teams have a fair shot to compete!

An Amazing Opportunity for some AMAZING players!

This past month we were honored to recieve a community involvement award from Ford Motor Company and Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment! Of the hundred of enteries in their 'Grow into a Pro' contest the Greenbank Basketball Club was choosen for our dedication to our North Durham community!  Our house league program was awarded 30 tickets to the Raptors vs. Hawks game on Dec 13^th at Scotiabank Arena for players, coaches, and parents and the opportunity to play an on-court scrimmage in front of the crowd at halftime!! 

A mix of all four teams took to the court and played the game of their lives, the crowd loved them and we were so very proud of them all!! 

What an awesome 2023 season! We ended this year with what we thought would be a drizzle and turned out to be a non stop all day downpour! The players not only came, but they showed UP! Thank-you everyone for a fun tournament and a great season! See you next Spring!

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR 3X3 BASKETBALL, AGES 11-16 !

Registration is now open for Greenbank Tennis and Basketball Camps for 2023! This is an awesome local camp, offering a half day of skills and drills in for 3 Camp sessions, 2 for Tennis and 1 for both Tennis and Basketball, at the Ianson Park Tennis and Basketball courts. 

WHEN: Season Runs from May 4th-June 24th. Games will be Thursday Evenings at 6pm or 7pm and practices will be Sundays at 10am or 10.40am. Tournament day is Saturday, June 24th from 1pm-5pm!

COST: $70 (Early Bird) $80 (after March 16th)

We are thrilled to team up with the Greenbank Tennis and Basketball Camp to offer their online registration here! This is an awesome local camp, offering a half day of skills and drills in both Tennis and Basketball, at the Ianson Park Tennis and Basketball courts. 

The Camp will run this year from August 22nd to 26th from 9:00am to 12:00pm and costs $80 for the week. Spaces are limited, sign up Tuesday, 9am!

A second camp session has been added for August 2nd to 5th, 9:00am to 11:00am! Space is limited!

We will be running an ages 6-8 Co-ed club again this spring! Thursdays 6.30pm-7.15pm from May 19 to June 23. Looking forward to seeing you all out there!

Registration for Spring 2021 sessions opening March 28 2021!

New this year, we have shifted the registration age to ages 6-8, due to popular demand! This year will look a little bit different for the Greenbank basketball club! Due to restriction and wanting to keep all of our awesome players as safe as possible we are introducing 2 special spring sessions.

*2021 Spring Session only, each player (Age 6-8 Co-Ed) must register with another household or bubble member, this will allow safe passing, rebounding and blocking practice.

This 'Buddy' can be anyone ages 5+ who wishes to participate in at least a portion of each session. MUST be someone from your household. There will be a discount for buddies aged 5-9, though they will still be provided with a jersey and photo and buddies ages 10+ will be free! (Jerseys can be purchased for any age if wanted)

Both Spring sessions will be limited to 4 weeks this season to allow more families to participate!

Spring Session 1, May 5-26 2021, 6:30-7:15pm

Spring Session 2, June 2-23, 2021, 6:30-7:15pm

We are hoping to return to our regular practices with full games and a final 3 on 3 tournament for future sessions, stay tuned!
