Our mission is to give amateur baseball players in Washington County, Maryland, and the surrounding area, the best opportunity to compete at the highest levels in amateur baseball.  As an effect of the contributions of the Association, Washington County and the surrounding area will continue to help grow and emerge as a premier place for baseball.  We value discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, honesty and integrity while teaching our players to respect the game and opponents, working hard, and playing hard to achieve our goals.  We continue to strive to make the Association stronger with each player and coach involved.

1 - Provide each player the best opportunity to compete and improve their skills.

2 - Field successful teams at all levels, that will grow amateur baseball and its players in Washington County and the surrounding area.

3 – Prepare players for the “next” level.
