The HOOP CITY ELITE AAU team is a 501(3)c tax-exempt, non-profit basketball organization.
HOOP CITY ELITE was organized and exists to provide the youth of the Chicagoland area, regardless of race, color, creed or economic condition, the opportunity to participate in controlled athletic competition. These activities are designed and intended to promote and instill in the participants the belief in fair play, good conduct and sportsmanship at all times, and common interest and spirit of tolerance among youth. Through supervision of qualified coaches, couple with these ideals, we hope to be competitive on the court of play and provide a framework for success in other endeavors as the youth develop.
Being #1 is the name of the game -- we are #1 both in the classroom and on the court!
Our goal is to be #1 in the classroom and on the court. Mentoring and ministering to our youth (boys and girls) and giving them the tools to aquire academic or athlethic scolarship.
