No Outside food will be allowed in gyms

Water and or Gatorade allowed

No profanity or harassment allowed

Two coaches and team are allowed in gym free

only 2 coaches can be on the bench,no one is allowed behind team bench

General Information:

* The Top 10 is a invite only of the top 10 teams in each division, if you feel you are a top team, contact us

*Native Tournaments are for Native teams only
The size of each tournament varies depending on the date and location. Most divisions have 4 to 8 teams. Two day tournaments have a 3-4 game guarantee. 
Entry deadline is at 8pm on Monday prior to the tournament unless otherwise specified. Some tournaments sell out early so we recommend that you pay as soon as possible. 

Payments will not be refunded if you do not show for  Game or event, or jump to another event on the same date if you withdraw after deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS We will grant your team a credit for next event!

AAU Sanctioned events have a NO REFUND POLICY after deadlines.

All AAU EVENTS REQUIRED BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND PROOF OF GRADE AT CHECK IN B4 FIRST GAME

NO EXCEPTIONS,NO TEAM WILL BE ALLOWED TO PLAY WITH OUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 1st game or EVENT DEADLINE...

REFUNDS: Special note, no refunds will be granted after tournament deadline,and/or after schedule has been completed

In the event of a reschedule or date change,if teams wish not to continue with the event on change of date,you have 24 hours to request tournament refund,if you do not request refund,it will be presumed that you intend to remain in the event,and all refund policies will be in effect.

 In case of a tournament cancelation by the tournament director,full refunds will be credited back to your accounts or whatever payment method you originally used.Refunds will be issued within 7 business days unless otherwise noted.
