Final Meeting for All Teams

March 30, 2025 – 01:30 PM

Dear Team Members,

We will be holding our final meeting on Sunday, March 30th, at 1:30 PM at McStews, located on Newfalls Road. Please ensure that all teams bring their bats for testing.


This is for the teams who have not paid the 250 deposite or showed up to Sundays  meeting. Please call Bob before friday March 7th, If you have not contacted him by Friday, Bob has teams in place to take your spot. Bobs # 267-257-1951


February 18, 2025

March 2nd at 1pm, we will have a meeting for all teams to complete the USA softball paperwork and rules, all teams must send a rep. 

 

March 30th at 1pm,  we will have this meeting for all teams to recieve balls, score books, and bat testing. All teams must have bats tested this season and will not be able to use unless tested and current 2025 sticker on the bat. 

 

Both meetings will be held at McStew's on Newfalls road

Inhouse rules: 

 

All Teams will pay umpire $45 per team prior to the start of the game. If no payment is made the team or teams will forfeit and umpire will be paid out of your teams deposit. All teams are required to refund deposit of $45 prior to next weeks game. No team will be able to play until they replinish that deposit. 

 

 

 

  1. Each team is required to bring bases, Homeplate and Mat. If both teams fail to bring them, both teams will receive a forfeit.  
  2. Teams must have 9 players to start a game if you only have 9 you do not need to take an out for the 10th batter. If your team choices to not take the out, you must finish with 9 you cannot add the 10th batter once the game starts. If you add the 10th player at the start of the game and take an out, you can add that player once they arrive. If that player doesn't show you must take the out the rest of the game. All game Start at 9 am with a 15 min grace period, if you have 9 game must start. ( CO-ED must have 2 Women on the field at all times even when playing with 9)
  3. A Team that starts with nine must finish with 9. If a player is removed due to an injury and a team cannot field 9 that team will forfeit.
  4. Teams can bat 14 in a line up, 10 fielders and 4 extra players (EP) ( Co-Ed can have 4 EP's but must have a women 1st for every man
  5. Each Bat count will start as a 1-1 count, once a better recives two strikes, the batter must put the ball in play, any fouls after two strikes will be an out. 
  6. A Legal pitch must go 6 to 12 foot high and will be considered a strike if the ball lands on either Home plate or the black Mat. The pitcher must wear a mask when pitching. 
  7. Each team has 5 courtesy runners per game, the courtesy runner is the last out, not the last batted out. In Co-Ed a women must run for a women and man must run for a man.
  8. Each Team will have 4 home runs per game on fenced fields, any home runs after your 4 will be an out. In the event of extra innings, you will not be awarded any more home runs.
  9. A 12-run rule is in effect after 5 complete innings for the Spring, if the home team is winning by 12 or more runs in the bottom of the 5th, game is over. Fall ball will be 10 runs. 
  10. Bases will be set up at 70 feet, runners going to first must go to the orange bag. Some feilds are set up at 65 feet and will be played at 65 feet only when those basses can not be moved. 
  11. No Stealing, Players cannot leave a base until the pitch crosses the plate.
  12. A player may only re-enter a game once and must do so in the same spot in the lineup.
  13. No Smoking on the playing field at any time.
  14. No metal spikes allowed.
  15. Any player ejected from a game will be suspened from play for 6 games and not allowed to play in the playoffs. 
  16. All Players must be on curent roster and must have played in 6 games or more to be eligable for playoffs.
