The Lower Merion Youth Football Camp is a non-contact youth football camps for boy’s grades 1st through 8th looking to master both the fundamentals and specialties of high level football techniques. The camps are designed to teach the players the basics of football, which will enhance their overall football ability, along with specialty skills that will push the players to the next level. Main focus is to have FUN!
The Camps instructors take great pride in making certain each camper leaves a better football player.
Your child will be prepared and "ahead of the game" by joining our camp. Both beginners as well as experienced players will benefit and are welcome!

Here is our summer at home conditioning workout. This should be done weekly.
2021 Off-Season Conditioning Program
Week 1 06/21 – 06/27 |
Reps/Distance/Recovery: 10 x 110/walk-back recovery; 10 x Half-Gasser (width of field)/60 sec. rest
Frequency: 3 times per week |
Week 2 06/28 – 7/4 |
Reps/Distance/Recovery: 10 x 110/walk-back recovery; 10 x Half-Gasser (width of field)/45 sec. rest
Frequency: 3 times per week |
Week 3 07/5 – 7/11 |
Reps/Distance/Recovery: 5 x 100; 5 x 80; 5 x 60/walk-back recovery
Frequency: 3 times per week |
Week 4 07/12 – 7/18

Reps/Distance/Recovery: 6 x 80; 6 x 60; 6 x 40/walk-back recovery
Frequency: 3 times per week |
Week 5 07/19 – 7/25 |
Perform change of direction drills (pro-agility drill, box drill, pro-L drill, etc.), then, perform the sprint workout below.
Sets/Reps/Distance: 2 x 8-10 / 40 yards Recovery: Walk-back recovery between reps; 3-minute recovery between sets.
Frequency: 3 times per week |
Week 6 07/26 – 8/1 |
Perform change of direction drills (pro-agility drill, box drill, pro-L drill, etc.), then, perform the sprint workout below.
Sets/Reps/Distance: 2 x 16 / 20 yards Recovery: Walk-back recovery between reps; 2 ½ -minute recovery between sets.

2021 Captains Announced!!!!
After our intense Maroon and White Spring Showdown, we gathered in the shade to announce our 2021 Captains. These young men exhibit all the qualities that our new wave of LM Football are built on. As we prepare to enter summer workouts and get ready for what should be ground breaking fall campaign, these men are ready to take the lead and bring LM Football back to the level of greatness we once had!!

Summer Workouts Set to Begin
With the school year just days from closing down, we are gassing up and getting ready to roll. This summer we need to take full advantage of improving the most we can. We will start our summer lifting on Monday June 21st at 7am. We will be lifting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's. We will also be doing on the field workouts once a week. Listed below are the dates for our summer field workouts. We will be off the week of July 5th-9th for a mid-summer recovery.

The Youth Football Camp is also considered a great training camp for upcoming flag football season.
