• Home team to confirm final score with visiting team upon completion of the game.
• By the end of the evening, the home team coach should log onto the website and click the "SCORE REPORTING" button on the main page.
• Select the date of the game and the division you want to enter.  Leave location as "All Locations".  (The date just has to be in the range you select)
• Enter the score reporting password that your organization has provided.
• Select your game and click on "Report Scores / Pitchers".
• Change "Game Status" to "Complete"
• Enter the final score for both teams.
• Click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.

10U, 12U and 14U will also be using this website to record game scores that should be reported by coaches after the completion of each game. 

It is the home teams responsibility to verify the score has been entered.

Post Season tournament will be seeded based on record instead of blind draw like seasons past.  New this season (2023), 10U and 12U post-season tournament will be structured in a Gold/Silver/Bronze (if needed) single elimination format.  

All head coaches need to conduct a background check, safesport eduction and ACE education.

All assistant coaches or anyone in the dugout need to conduct a background check and safesport educaction.

After completion, USA numbers and approved background checks should be sent to your league rep for all coaches.
