General Information
What: The Catholic High School Alumni League was founded by alumni of Marist High School in Chicago in 1983. In 2014 the league officially changed it's name from the Marist Alumni Softball League to the Catholic High School Alumni Softball League. 50% of every teams roster must be comprised of graduates of Chicago area Catholic High Schools
Where: The league plays all its games at Beverly Park located in the West Beverly neighborhood of Chicago.
When: Games are played on Sundays - the season starts May 17th and ends the last week of July. Each team plays two games each Sunday. The top 3 finishers in the regular season receive payouts.
Playoffs: The top 16 teams make the playoff, which are played over the two following Sundays in a four-round tournament. Two teams will remain after the first day, and will play a best-of-three championship series the following week. The top 2 finishers in the tournament will receive monetary awards.
