Dear Business Owner,

We hope that we can count on your support for the Moriches Bay Red Devils Travel Baseball organization, a local nonprofit sports league comprised of area youth ages 7-13. Coached by a group of dedicated parent volunteers, our teams play competitive baseball against teams throughout Brookhaven town, and beyond, and have made our community proud by securing several championship titles.  

The Moriches Bay Red Devils fundraise throughout the year to keep program costs affordable for all families. Our biggest event is our annual Cornhole Tournament, which also features musical entertainment, food, cocktails and a Chinese auction. This year’s fundraiser will be held on Saturday, September 8th, 5:00 p.m., at Moriches Yacht Club in Center Moriches.

A donation to our Chinese Auction would be sincerely appreciated and help to make our fundraiser a success. All donating businesses will be officially recognized on a banner that will be prominently displayed the evening of the event.  Gift certificates for goods and services are needed and welcome! We are incredibly thankful for the donation and support from our local businesses last year.

In addition, there are a variety of event sponsorships available (see below for more details), which is another fantastic way to support our community’s only travel baseball team. All sponsors will also be officially recognized through individual cornhole signs that will be displayed during the event.
