Strength and Conditioning is every Tuesday and Thursday 2:45 - 3:45 in weight room

Winter baseball workouts start Jan 4th. and 

Workout schedule: January & February

Monday's @ AllStar (Broomall) 3:00-4:00 (Juniors/Seniors) 4:00-5:00 (Freshman/Sophmores)

Wednesday's @ Flanigan Center (NELL) 4:00-5:30

Sunday's @ Ascent(formerly MSI) February ONLY

Feb. 5th 5:30-7:30

Feb. 19th 7:30-9:30

Feb. 26th 5:30-7:30

3rd Annual Golf Outing Thursday May 11th, 2023 @ Paxon Hollow Country Club

Registration Starts at 7:00am

Cardinal O'Hara HS Baseball 2019 Alumni Jim White will be Playing for D1 Longwood University in the Big South Conference next spring.

Congratulations to Jim for his hard work and dedication.
