Week 3: Gentlemen

The videos are uploaded, Scores updated, MVP race updated, Schedule has no changes, and I will be posting this email shortly after.

Attached are a couple things. First is the Roster sheet. Notice that now some people will have their name in green and the rest of the weeks blacked out. THOSE PLAYERS ARE NOW GOOD AND NO LONGER NEED SO SIGN IN. If your name is not green they are not eligible for playoffs yet.

Next is the playoff format. I even put in game times. The only thing that will potentially change is in the Gold playoffs Oskie will play the 9:55 game no matter what. So whatever seed they are they will play. The rest of the teams will plug in accordingly.

Notice that the #1 overall seed will not play during week 7, and also the two lowest eliminated gold teams will play a match up game week 8 and the winner will play vs the winner of silver for the silver division crown!

THURSDAY NIGHT EMAILS:

Week 3: Gentlemen,

Scores, MVP race, standings, and schedule are updated. I have reached out to a few of you as your players' games are not counting. I do not want to continue to harp on this but if they do not have a date of birth or a signature they have to do that and play every week moving forward to be playoff eligible. I feel bad but also I don’t have much sympathy when I have the spots highlighted red and they refuse to just take 2 seconds and do it right.

With that said the roster sheet is attached again and you all can see where you stand. I have also attached the playoff format we will be running with. You will see we have 7 teams in gold and 5 in Silver. However at the end of the first round of gold. The 2 lowest seeded teams that lose out will be placed in a match up game. The winner of that will play the winner of the 5 team silver bracket for the silver playoff championship. I like to change formats up at times and give everyone a fair shake and at the end of the day the teams that are the lower end of gold/pro don’t really get a chance to compete for any championships normally so I think this gives them a chance that if you are a 6 or 7 seed and you lose round one of gold you can play for a silver championship still.

Lastly, after some results I did have to change 2 teams week 6 games. Please make sure you look at that. Tall midgets, Chiefs Kingdom, Denver dawgs, and Broken legends are the 4 teams that are affected by this change. This is only week 6 all other games are staying the same.
