Founded in 1937 PACOY (Police Athletic Club of Yonkers) is the oldest existing not for profit youth organization in the city of Yonkers. The league survives mostly on volunteers and donations; we offer children an avenue to positive exercise. PACOY plays home games at War Memorial and JJ Fleming Fields. We pride ourselves in teaching morals, good character and the importance of dedication and teamwork through our sports programs and mentors. This approach has led us to great success in our competitions and to display sportsmanship when we are bested. We play aggressively and win often but we emphasize learning as we believe you are always a winner when you have learned. We are dedicated to make your child’s time with PACOY enjoyable and positively memorable! We go out of our way to keep individual statistics and give out many awards for different categories including sportsmanship, attendance and most improved as well as statistical awards. We make sure every child under 10 years of age receives a trophy and some of the older kids gather 3 or more in a season. We offer more practices and games than any other league in Yonkers.
