ALL THE TIME AND EFFORT DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED. THE PEOPLE WHO VOLUNTEER DO THIS FOR ALL THE RIGHT REASONS AND DON'T RECEIVE PAYMENT NOR DO THEY WANT IT.

UNFORTUNATELY IT ENDED FOR ALL GROUPS ON SATURDAY. IT WAS A GREAT SHOWING BY ALL TEAMS.

THE SUPPORT FROM THE FANS WAS AWESOME. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE SUPPORT DURING THE SEASON.

The PCYFA has 4 homes games per season. Members of the board of directors will be approaching parents to volunteer their time in the concession stand during home games. If anyone would like to make food donations for the home games please see a member of the board of directors. We will need items such as hotdogs, hamburgers, buns, coffee, hot chocolate, soda, and water etc...
 
We will also be looking for parents to sign up to be part of the chain gang for each home game. It is the home teams responsibility to supply the chain gang.  We will need 3 parents per game to run the chains on the sideline.

**We are also looking for a parent or parents to announce our home games. Please see a member of the board of directors if you are interested or have any questions.

Pease remember we are a volunteer organization that rely on everyone to help out.



 
Please do not SMOKE on or near the practice field. Those who wish to smoke must go out onto Water St to do so. There is also no smoking allowed at the game fields. Our practices and games are on Municipal properties, where it is illegal to smoke, drink alcohol, or drug use. Please respect the safety of our youth and follow the rules.



Parents are responsible for getting players and cheerleaders to and from games and practices on time. Please have players arrive 15 minutes prior to practices and 1 hour prior to games. Each participant MUST have an adult contact at every practice and game in case of injury or in case of early ending due to weather. It is the parents/guardians responsibility that the child knows who to go to (other than a coach or board member) if the parent/guardian is not going to be present at the field. PCYFA can not be held responsibile for the health and welfare of unattended children.
Please be sure that all football players and cheerleaders bring plenty of water to practice.

The only people allowed on the field are Coaches & Board Members that have been CORY Checked. Parents/Guardians with issues should see the Parent Liaison, or another board member so a meeting between all parties involved can take place and the issue can be rectified. Please do not approach a coach with issues on the practice/game field. All parents/guardians, players, coaches and board members sign a code of conduct, please adhere to it. Player/Cheerleader injury is the only time parent/guardians can go on the field, these are league rules set for the safety of everyone.

 If you are a new football player remember to bring a copy of their birth certificate( the league keeps this so don't bring the original you don't get it back).  Fees are $125.00 per football player $90.00 per cheerleader. A discount of $20.00 per family is as follows: 1 full price and $20.00 off other siblings for football players/cheerleaders. EQUIPMENT/UNIFORM DEPOSITS WILL BE $200.00 FOR FOOTBALL AND $100.00 FOR CHEER. These deposit checks are required in order for any participant to be issued their uniform and equipment. Checks should be made out to PCYFA and must be submitted at your equipment handout time. WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR HELP DURING THE SEASON FOR : Concession stand, 50/50 raffle sales, chain gang, etc.... Remember we are all volunteers, we need everybody's help to make it happen!!!! Looking forward to another great season,
