Former Somerset Patriots pitcher Jeff Kennard passed away today at the young age of 37. To honor his life, his number 30 will be retired in the Pacific-Atlantic League.
New Teams and Playoff Format

There will be three new teams in PCA this season! The Danville Resistance have become the Royal Woods Kangaroos. Also joining the league are the London Knights and Camden Riversharks.
The playoff format goes as follows: 1st Place: Automatic World Series berth. 2nd & 3rd: Wild Card game to determine who plays in the World Series.
World Series: Best of 5.
