The Pine Grove Little League now has our registration packets available for print from this website for our 2024 baseball season.  If you prefer you can also contact us via email or Facebook for copies to be emailed to you.  We will also have hardcopy packets available at the drop-off location.

 

The forms need to be printed, filled out and dropped off at the HH&L Firehouse during the drop off dates and times listed below. 

 

The following forms are required to be filled out and handed in during the drop-off dates for the registration process to be considered complete

(Forms A,B,C,D,E,F). 

 

Please note any new players to the league will also need to supply a copy of their birth certificate.

 

(Form G) is a medical release form and needs to be filled out and given to your child's coach on the first day of their practice.

 

If you would like to volunteer in any capacity, we ask that you please fill out (Form H). Please also supply a copy of your drivers license.  We are solely a volunteer program and without volunteers we would not be able to provide a baseball program to our youth. We are always in need of help so please volunteer if you can, any type of volunteering is greatly appreciated and always welcomed. Volunteers help the season and events run smoothly.  This form should also be handed in during the drop-off dates for the registration.

 

(Forms I,J,K) are for you to keep. They have important dates and information about our program.

 

The fundraiser packet will be supplied to you when you drop off your registration papers.  Please remember to pick one up.

 

Your child's Little League age can be found on (Form L).
