We will be having a team meeting on Sunday October 14th beginning at 4:30 P.M. at the Sideline Club Building (Blue Building under the Football Scoreboard) at Jefferson County High School. This is a mandatory meeting, we need each player & at least one parent to attend. If you will be unable to attend this meeting, please contact Mark Moore at 865-360-9030. If we do not hear from you and you do not attend this meeting we will assume you have elected not to play this year. 

Please bring all ordered equipment to this meeting. We would like to confirm that each player has everything they need to play, and that it all fits. 

We also plan to have a practice schedule to announce at this meeting.

Parents: There are some missing items that were ordered and not yet shipped to you. We are aware of this issue and have followed up with BSN Sports. They have assured us that they now have all missing items, and are shipping those items to us this week. We anticipate having your items on 10/14 to give to you.

Also, it is not to late to participate. The Online Store has been opened for a 3rd time, and will be available to use unitil 10/15. See links in article below.

TN Elite Parents, 

We as a staff have worked out a way to help with equipment expense.  If you choose to participate in our fundraiser, there are two ways you can benefit directly.

1. You can raise funds for your child's equipment if you need some help offsetting the expense

2. You can recoup your investment in equipment if you have already ordered

Update 6/19/18:

We've discovered a few issues with the online store, so we wanted to give everyone a few more pointers on those items.

Game Pants - The store shows the only color for the game pants is white. That is incorrect. However, you should go ahead and just order the white option. They will all be changed to Grey before being shipped.

Game Jersey - Personalized naming option isn't given. We are aware of this, and it will be handled prior to shipment as well. Again, the name on the back and the number on the game jersey's will be handled by the coaching staff and BSN before shipment. Go ahead and order one.

We have had a few folks order only a practice jersey and not a game jersey. Please contact BSN at 1-800-749-3813 if you did this. You will need a game jersey to play.  

If you have any other issues with the store please let us know. 

Sorry for the confusion!

Just to help clear up any confusion regarding the Online Store, we thought we'd send out a few pointers:

The following are mandatory items:

• Helmet (Unless you have a white one that is within certification)
• Shoulder Pads (Unless you already have a set)
• Under Armour Game Jersey (Navy) There should be an option to add last name to jersey. Your number will be added later by coaching staff.
• Under Armour Game Pants (Grey)
• Pro Down Practice Jersey (Navy)
• Belt (If you don't already have a Navy one)
• Girdle (If you don't already have one)

All other items are optional.

Please note, you must order the game jersey & pants. The Pro Down practice jersey cannot be ordered in place of the Under Armour Game Jersey.

The Online Store will close on June 20th, please be sure to get your orders in prior to then.

Congratulations to those student athletes who made the roster for the inaugural Tennessee Elite AAU 14u Football Team!

Remember the full 2018 roster can be found on our website (link below). After loading the welcome page please click the link at top 'Teams/Rosters' and select 'Teams/Rosters' again to see the 2018 Roster.

If for any reason a rostered athlete will not be able to participate, please let us know as soon as possible. You can email us at seaaufootball@gmail.com. 

Equipment Fitting / Ordering

For those student athletes that are listed on the roster, our equipment fitting will be held at the Jefferson County High School Sideline Club Building (Small blue building under the football scoreboard next to the track) beginning at 6:00 P.M. on June 14th. Once sized, each athlete will need to log on to the TN Elite Online Store (which will be active beginning 6/14 and will remain active for 10 days) and order his equipment. A link for the online store will be posted on our webpage. If for any reason you have a question or foresee a problem ordering the equipment, please let us know immediately at seaaufootball@gmail.com. Otherwise, if the online store closes and a participant's equipment has not been ordered, we will assume that the athlete has elected not to participate, and he will be removed from the roster. Equipment will be shipped to the coaching staff and will be handed out at a date to be announced later. 

Practice times will of course be after the Mid-8 middle school football schedule has been completed. We will be in contact with our parents and let you know as soon as we can get times set. Location of practice will likely be at Jefferson Middle School, if that changes we will let you know.

Please note, this is not the final roster. Due to previous commitments with participants we were not able to reach our anticipated roster goals for student athletes. We are currently in communication with other youth organizations to arrange an evaluation for those participants. Place and time for that evaluation to be determined and announced at a later date.

Tennessee Elite FAQ’s

1. What are the benefits of playing AAU football?

• The Tennessee Elite Football program offers athletes the chance to participate in high level, competitive events. These events include district championships, invitationals and national championships. We will play the highest level of competition available which will enable our athletes to measure themselves against the best of the best. Tennessee Elite is dedicated to developing elite young men and outstanding student athletes that will be leaders in their homes, schools and communities

2. What ages can participate in the Tennessee Elite program?

There are two mandatory steps to register your child for the tryout. 

1.  Go to www.aausports.org and register to be a member of AAU. With your AAU membership, you will get insurance that       will cover your child in our tryout and all practices / games.  If you are already a member of AAU, please skip to step 2           after you've log into the AAU site.  If you are not a current AAU member, please follow these steps: 

1. Go to www.aausports.org
2. Scroll down to “Get Membership”
3. Apply for “Youth Membership”
4. Click on “Get Membership”
5. Select “Youth Athlete Membership”

a.       Sport – Tackle Football

b.       Member of a club: YES

c.       Club Code: YCCCCX (This should also say Southeastern AAU Youth Football)

d.      Coverage: Extended AB $16.  Note: Extended AB coverage will cover your child in all AAU sanctioned events AND events we may compete in that are not sanctioned by the AAU.  Please make sure the AB option is selected. If you do not select the AB option you are not covered for the Tryout and will not be able to join us on the field until this is upgraded.

Who are you registering?

a.       Put your players name and information in the fields.

Complete terms and conditions.

Print your child’s AAU membership and bring it with you to the tryout.  

NOTE: AAU memberships will be verified prior to tryouts.  If your child does not have a valid AAU membership number, he will not be allowed to participate in the tryout.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. Go to TN Elite Registration Form and fill out the registration form.

                             a. Pay $10.00 Tryout Fee in CASH at Tryout.
