Girl's Volleyball Clearance Information
Hello Valhalla Volleyball Players and Parents,
This year Valhalla is clearing athletes differently. PLEASE follow the information below to be cleared BEFORE the first day of tryouts (Aug 5, 2024 - 9AM - GYM)
- Coaches will no longer accept any clearance paperwork from athletes.
- All athletes will need to submit a Copy of their:
- Athletic Physical Form Dated between June 1-Aug 4, 2024.
- A signed copy of their Online Clearance Confirmation form (received by email from Home Campus) (Link to clearence website)
- To Vita Schow in the Finance Office
- The dates that she will be available are - June 1- June 18, 2024 or July 29th-30th. Failure to submit on these dates will likely result athletes missing the first days of practice and tryouts.
- Once an athlete's paperwork is complete and submitted to the Finance Office, they will be given a dated sports-specific ticket which they will then show their head coach. This ticket is the coach's way of identifying who is "cleared" to participate. No athlete is allowed to participate in any manner until they show the head coach the proper ticket!

Hello Valhalla Volleyball Players and Parents,
