Dear Valued Sponsor,

I’d like to introduce you to the Valley View High School Spartans baseball program. The Spartans have a long tradition of fielding very competitive baseball teams and we have every expectation that the 2022 team will continue that tradition. We have a solid senior class returning to the team that will provide experience and leadership and a talented sophomore and junior class that will help to solidify our lineup. As important as winning is to the program, the tradition of Valley View Baseball is about much more than producing winning baseball teams. More importantly, our eyes are focused on producing exceptional young men.

Our program, to the greatest extent, is self-funded. We rely on the hard work, sacrifice and monetary donations of our players and their families. Unfortunately, this is not enough to support our program and so we have several fundraisers held throughout the year. One of those is our banner sale program. We offer a 4’ x 6’ professionally prepared banner in exchange for a $300.00 donation. Through the purchase of a banner, you will help support our team while providing your business with a great advertising opportunity in the Germantown/Farmersville Community.

Valley View Baseball will proudly display your banner with your company’s name and logo on our fence. In addition to our baseball games, the Valley View High School facilities host many other sporting, band, and performing arts events in the course of a year allowing your Company’s banner maximum exposure. These events are attended by thousands of families and potential customers each year.

New for the 2022 season, we would like you to be our guest at one of the home games this season and throw out the first pitch of the game.  The game schedule can be found at www.vvbaseball.com.  Please take a look at the schedule and send me an email with your preferred date.

We ask for your support and appreciate your consideration. If you are interested in donating, please mail your $300.00 banner donation to the address indicated on the attached order form.

Thank you for your consideration and support of Valley View Spartans Baseball!

Sincerely,

Matt Gentry
