In order to participate in the 2018-19 Volleyball season Try Outs, all players must have a valid physical form on file with the school. Please click on the links below for information about sports physicals available through Ohio Health or to download a 2018-19 Ohio High School Athletic Association physical form.

**Lindsay's Law - (New Athlete Requirement for Participation)**

Lindsay’s Law, Ohio Revised Code 3313.5310, 3707.58 and 3707.59 became effective on August 1, 2017. In accordance with this law, the Ohio Department of Health, the Ohio Department of Education, the Ohio High School Athletic Association, the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Cardiology and other stakeholders jointly developed guidelines and other relevant materials to inform and educate students and youth athletes participating in or desiring to participate in an athletic activity, their parents, and their coaches about the nature and warning signs of sudden cardiac arrest.

All Westerville schools are now working together to do some fund raising activities. One of these fund raising activities is a service called Playpon (which is locally owned and is similar to Groupon). Playpon provides deals in the Columbus area while donating 15% of all proceeds back to the Westerville Schools Athletic Booster funds.
