If a home team is from Brandon, the ref will submit the game sheet info.  Home teams from out of Brandon are asked to submit the following results:

Game Number

Final Score

Goal Scorers (and number of goals scored)

Shutout Keepers

Red/Yellow Cards given

Any Cancelled/Forfeited games (and team name of initiated cancel/forfeit)

**Results must be received within 48 hours of the end of a game

Game sheets are available under the 'Game Sheets' heading under the Forms tab above.  The home team is responsible for supplying the game sheet.
