| Coaches need to do a better of job of being aware of player time. Watching the same few kids sit on the bench game after game is just wrong. We all paid the same dues to participate. Just because you coach doesn't mean your kid should play all game every game. When your losing by double digits and you have no chance of winning put in the subs for the love of god.
