The Hayward Hawks remain one of the best entertainment values in the Hayward area each and every summer. As usual there is no charge for admission to a Hayward Hawks regular season game. Members of the Hawks board of directors will "pass the hat" at some point during the game and fans can contribute what they want.
The Hawks also feature a full service concession stand with several different brands of beer and all of the other ballpark favorites. The wide choice of food items and the low prices will surprise you. A family night out at Larry Somerville Field to watch the Hayward Hawks is both enjoyable and affordable.

LARRY SOMERVILLE FIELD POLICIES
No carry-ins of any type are allowed in the ballpark.
Beer will not be sold to anyone under 21 years of age.
Cameras and video equipment are permitted in the park.
Fans wearing obscene or indecent clothing will NOT be allowed in the park.
The Hawks request that all foul balls be returned to the concession stand.
Anyone attending games at Larry Somerville Field assumes all risk of injury from either a thrown or batted ball or thrown bat.
Smoking is allowed in all areas of the park but be considerate of those around you.
Hawks schedules for the current season are available in both poster and pocket size and can be picked up at the concession stand on the first base side of the ball park.
There is plenty of grandstand seating behind home plate and on the first and third base side. In addition you may bring in your own lawn chairs for added comfort.
Plenty of parking is available in the main lot behind the grandstand area and in the lot on fifth street at the main entrance to the park.
Hayward Hawks souviner merchandise is available and can be obtained from the concession stand on the first base side of the ball park.
There are no public telephones located on the grounds at Larry Somerville Field but emergency phone service is available in the press box behind home plate.
