Thank you for volunteering to be a TEAM PARENT! Your time and effort is greatly appreciated!
Here are some things you can expect in your role:
- You will be given the concession duty assignments for the season. you will assign to other parents on the team. You are responsible for the money and the key for opening and closing the stand (more instructions to come at concession meeting).
- Print and distribute a team roster including players' names, parents' names, phone numbers (unless your coach has already done this).
- Assist coach with any small tasks i.e. phone calls, Facebook page management, etc.
- Distribute team photo information
- Distribute uniforms
- Distribute treat tickets - we suggest giving the families all of their tickets to manage how they want, rather than handing out to each kid after every game (Northern, Minor, Majors only)
- Coordinate a treat schedule (Tball)
- Organize team cohesion events, end of season party, coach gifts, etc.
- Be a positive role model for your team!
