RBI Mission Statement
Our youth are trained in the fundamentals of baseball under excellent leadership. We emphasize the principles of good sportsmanship, honesty, and respect for others in an atmosphere which we hope will help our children thrive as good citizens in our community.
All RBI Board Members and Coaches realize that the attainment of athletic skill or the winning of games is secondary. RBI recognizes that the molding of future citizens and having fun are of primary importance. Parents are expected to volunteer a minimal amount of time to work at the concession stands and reflect our goal of good sportsmanship when cheering on players during games.
Richfield Baseball, Inc. operates exclusively as a non-profit educational program of recreational and competitive baseball in accordance with Section 501-(c)-(3) of the Federal Internal Revenue Code. No earnings shall benefit any Board Member or Coach of Richfield Baseball, Inc.
