The main goal of the Olentangy boy’s lacrosse coaching staff is not focused on just wins, but a program where every student-athlete is proud to be an Olentangy Brave lacrosse player, and every parent believes we are helping their children develop from boys into young men through a positive environment; including sportsmanship, leadership, character development and team unity.

We set a strong, “we before me” mentality, family and culture.  Players must understand that everything they do on or off the field can represent their immediate family, the team, our school, their coaching staff, and them as an individual. Our team is defined as a group of mature young men who treats all with the utmost respect, whether it’s teammates, your teachers, referees, the other team, your coaching staff, bus drivers, administration, etc..
