Below is a copy of the RHMSPL fees refund policy, effective February 20, 2024.

MEN’S SLO-PITCH LEAGUE

REFUND POLICY

@ February 2024

Process:

     1.     Affected player interested in refund must make a formal request in writing to the Executive immediately at the point he deems he will not be able to play on and therefore, a refund needed

     2.     The player will detail circumstances around the refund request, i.e. why, when, etc.

     3.     Executive, chaired by the President, will render decision and inform the player within 10 business days

Acceptable Reasons:

  Ø Injury or medical occurrence taking the player out of future regular weekly play for 3 months or more

  Ø Out-of-town work transfer or home move that makes future continuous play impractical

  Ø Family/personal situation that makes future continuous play impractical

 

Refund Milestones:

Stage 1.  Between Registration Sign-up Deadline and DRAFT Day - 90% Refund

Stage 2.  Between DRAFT Day and before starting June Tournament - 75% Refund

Stage 3. After completion of June Tournament – 50% Refund

Stage 4. After second Sunday in July - 0% Refund
