PURPOSE & SPIRIT
To provide a non-competitive slo-pitch environment to eligible players residing in Richmond Hill. It is understood that the league is recreational in nature and encourages a spirit of good sportsmanship and fellowship.

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS
A majority of players must maintain their principal residence in the City of Richmond. Any request for special exemption from the requirement must be submitted in writing and be approved by the league executive. A “Majority” is determined by the City's requirements to maintain adequate local representation as set out in their guidelines each year

AGE REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible to play for a team in the RHMSPL, a player must reach an age of thirty five (35) by December 31st of the current playing year.
