The Rockies Win It All!
After being drafted by Mark, Simon quickly found himself as the captain after Mark stepped down as the captain. Simon would lead his team to a 2-2 record to get the team the 3rd seed. The expectations were not very high but after a 11 run inning that helped mercy the two seed Giants in one inning, they had the momentum. They would carry this to the championship when the Rockies put up 4 runs in the 7th inning to lead them to a extra inning championship victory over the Pirates.

The Yankees Are Champions!
The 2016 Dinger League Week 1 was a success featuring 4 teams, two of which were returning form 2015, and two new teams. Through the regular season the Angels were the dominant club outscoring their opponents by 20 runs scoring 27 and only giving up 7. The Pirates had some highs and lows having a 2-0 day and a 0-2 day after their opening day loss. The Dodgers started off the season strong but struggled proceeding with slim pitching depth that lead to 6 straight losses after the day one win. The Yankees looked like a easy team to beat after losing their first three games but after making some moves to bolster the offense by acquiring Nick and Gil and that made the difference as the Yankees won their last two games of the regular season. In the playoffs the Yankees had ace pitcher Eli come up clutch with a no-hitter vs the Pirates to lead them to their second straight championship which would be against the undefeated Angels who were coming off a walk off extra inning victory vs the Dodgers to clinch the championship. Parker, Eli, and Brady combined for 7 1 run innings in the championship for the Yankees but Jack and Charlie matched that on the Angels. The game ended up goign past the time limit making the conclusion end with a best of seven rock, paper, and scissors game which Eli won 4-1.

Intro To Dinger League Wiffleball
Dinger League Wiffleball is a BWB affiliated summer wiffleball league that features BWB captains. The league was made for out of town players to prove themselves worthy of being in BWB and getting signed in out of town signing. Each season in this league is one week with regular season games Monday-Thursday and playoffs and the championship on Friday. Some notable players that have came from Dinger League Wiffleball to BWB are Davis 2013-2014 Islanders and Tarif 2015-Present Hotdoggers/Panthers. We look forward to another great season!
THE YANKEES WIN!!!!!
The Yankees came into the playoffs with a 1-3 record but had a better run difference to put them ahead of the Athletics. They also signed Anthony before friday. They would first square off against the 2-2 Pirates that beat them. Anthony and Jack were in a pitcher dual going into the 3rd when Jacob hit a lead off double to represent the winning run. After Eli advanced the runner Parker doubled home Jacob to win the pennant and go to the championship. In the championship there was another pitchers dual but this one went into the 4th when Anthony hit a go ahead half swing single to give the Yankees the lead in the top of the fourth. After taking advantage of 2 more errors the score was 3-0 Yankees going into the bottom of the fourth. The Giants had the tying on at the plate when Simon smoked one to left field but Anthony caught it for one out. Then after a long at bat the Yankees got the last batter looking to end the game and the championship. The Yankees were champions!
