Elected for a two year term on the Executive Board.

Duties:

Be the principle Executive Officer of club and supervise and control all business affairs.

Preside at all meetings and supervision of affairs of club.

Fill unexpired term, by appointment, any vacancies in office which may occur. Each appointment subject to majority vote of Executive Board.

Appoint any other officers and committee chairs as need and determine the responsibilities and/or duties.

Be ex-officio member of all committees.

Be official representative for all BAFL functions.

With Treasurer, be the primary signer of all checks issued by club.

Perform all other duties as prescribed by Executive Board.
