This committee, a sub-committee of the SSBVL, meets during the season if necessary to hear appeals of critical decisions made by a member of the SSBVL Executive Board when the Board cannot be assembled in a timely matter (and only in matters that deviate from established policy and precedents) or to consider an extraordinary matter of grave concern that requires immediate response. Ordinarily, this committee will convene in some fashion (by meeting[s], conference call(s), and/or E-mail(s)) within 12-24 hours and will issue its' findings in 24-48 hours. Ordinarily, the committee members are Paul Ickes (Chair), and TBA.
