Cotgrave began his Vaughan Viking career in 2016 as the Manager of the Vaughan Vikings Minor Peewee Team. He continues with the Vikings providing 20+ years of coaching experience starting when he was 17 as both a player and a coach. He is fully certified level 2 and many of the players that have played under Cotgrave have developed to elite teams, college programs and professional organizations.
