The Finance Treasurer is empowered to:

- prepare a budget for each season and present the Board with financial reports at regular intervals
- receive all bank statements and league bills in order to review them
- provide copies of all monthly bank statements to the elected officers (and Board, if requested)
- provide all paperwork to auditor for annual audit
- may NOT be authorized to sign checks.
