The mandate is to;
- bolster the Softball Officials Program and enhance the game of softball, by providing direct support and personal guidance to all Members,
- promote consistency, potential advancement, and improve support for all EOUA officials,
- improve the overall performance of all Members through the use of mentorship and evaluation processes (formal or informal),
- improve member retention,
- promote EOUA camaraderie and sense of community, and
- encourage all Members to register and card (write exam) and receive a Softball Ontario formal evaluation.
