Brad Weaver

Varsity Head Coach

For twenty-one years, Coach Weaver has been a teacher at Eastern York Middle School. During this span, he coached for many years in the boys’ basketball program. Starting in the Junior High program, Weaver also coached the Junior Varsity team for four seasons. Also during his teaching career, he was head baseball coach for five years with a record of 52-37.
As a point/shooting guard at St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, Coach Weaver learned the importance of training players at an early age in the areas of ball handling, passing, and shooting. Coach Weaver started last spring in the Girls’ Program with the Junior High Eastern Rumble AAU team. He also is the head coach of York Ballers AAU- Class of 2023.
Coach Weaver has been very impressed with the enthusiasm and commitment from the team in the off-season. Coach’s philosophy of “play hard, play smart, and have fun” will be an important message for the entire program.
