Dave earned a bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College in 1984 after playing baseball for 2 years at Eisenhower College. His coaching experience began in 2002 with Victor Community Baseball & Softball and 96 Express Baseball, coaching both boys and girls teams that competed all around the northeast. Dave’s Club Softball Head coaching began in 2003, with the Monroe Blazers, and continued as an assistant coach with the Lady Bandits and TC Tremors Gold. While with the Tremors Gold, Dave coached many players who were starters in conferences such as the Big East, Atlantic 10, MAAC, Patriot, SEC, and Pac-12, and other competitive programs in Division II and Division III. The Tremors Gold competed in Gold Nationals in Oklahoma City in August 2009. Dave is currently in his 3rd season as the program hitting instructor for Victor Central School, teaching players from grades 7-12 and is looking forward to creating an environment of excellence with Elite Performance Softball.
