Coach Alli, a seasoned coach entering her 8th season with NOVA Juniors, brings a wealth of expertise to the club. Her coaching journey includes valuable stints with the North Canton Hoover and Norton JV teams, showcasing her commitment to player development. A proud alumna of Malone University, Alli's playing career as a DS/libero in NCAA Division II volleyball spans four impactful years. Her on-court experience extends to clubs like NKYVC and Archbishop McNicholas in Cincinnati. Beyond the volleyball arena, Alli has found success in the corporate world, currently contributing her skills to the supply chain at the J.M. Smucker company. Her multifaceted background, both as a player and professional, enriches the coaching dynamic at NOVA Juniors.
