With a decade of coaching under her belt, Coach Katie is a seasoned mentor with experience at both the club and high school levels. Currently serving as the head varsity coach at Aurora High School, she has dedicated seven impactful years to NOVA Juniors. Impressively, Katie has guided both teams to qualify for USA Nationals in the past two seasons as well as being named this season's District Coach of the Year. Beyond the accolades, her coaching philosophy is centered on building empowering, strong women. Katie is passionate about not only improving athletic skills but also fostering the development of resilient and empowered individuals.
