Hey, I'm Lauren Richard and I grew up in Chapel Hill, Texas. I have four children with my best friend and husband Brett. They are my world, all five of them. They keep me on the go, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love being a mom more than anything and as if that didn't keep me busy enough, my husband and I own two businesses together.
My background is early childhood education due to my love for working with and helping children, which makes me perfect to work with the youth in this league. Besides hanging out with family and friends, I enjoy reading. But I found my true passion when I was just five years old as a Pop Warner Cheerleader. Moving up the ranks onto junior high school cheer teams as well as high school cheer teams. I also was on a competitive cheer team during those years that brought home many national titles to my little town. I continued to cheer during college until life and love took me in another direction. Now I am back on the CHEER HIGHWAY and I am so excited to be BYFF Cheer Coordinator. I can't wait to bring this cheer program to a level it has never been before, but most importantly give these kids the time of their lives and a LOVE for cheer and team camaraderie.
