The two most dominant teams in this county are Harrison who has fluctuated between being a Group 1 and Group 2 school has over 20 state soccer titles. Kearny which is a Group 4 school boasts alumni Tony Meola and John Harkes who were members of our National Team throughout the 1990's. Kearny has won over 10 state soccer titles during the soccer programs existence.
