This is an extremely beneficial program for all athletes to prepare themselves for the seasons ahead by building strength, endurance, and injury prevention.
We have a slot reserved for cheerleading - Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00-11:15am at the LHS Gym. The cost is $150 and payment info is in the info link below. Please sign up ASAP so Michelle can plan accordingly.
