2018 Drop a player from a registered Volleyball team

Complete one form for each player you wish to drop. You may drop players until 4pm on March 20. Those who are dropped from the league (not switching teams) will get a $75 credit.

This form should only be completed if your team is officially registered. That is, you have submitted a roster to the recreation department.
