* At tryouts you have 24 players in attendance and 8 players rate very high (45 or better) then there is a steady drop-off in ratings down to the last player being rated an 11. What would be your rational to the number of players selected?:

* A player's parents approach you after a game requesting feedback on why their child only played in 3 mins. of the regular game plus the 5th Q. The player is the 12th man on a 12-person team and missed both practices that week. How would you respond?:
