Completion and submission of this NEW TEAM FORM and attendance at the first All Managers Meeting is the initial step to join the Mason Amateur Baseball Organization.

Manager Information: All players that are rostered should either reside in Mason, Ohio or attend a school within Mason City Limits. If players on your roster reside out-of-city there may be a City of Mason imposed fee to be eligible to play in MAB for 2018.

Important NOTE: The player birthday cut-off is April 31st for all leagues.

Under-age players are welcome to "play up" in any age bracket. However, over-age players are NOT permitted to play down. Player eligibility is important and must be accurate --- ineligible players may result in game forfeit, removal from team, and manager suspension.
