THIS IS ONLY FOR PLAYERS WHO ARE NEW TO THE LEAGUE. IF YOU WERE IN WPYB IN 2024 OR BEFORE YOU DON'T NEED TO COMPLETE THIS!

WPYB has a significant presence on the internet and we like to include player names, pictures and/or videos on our various internet sites.

RELEASE
I understand that by signing this release I give permission to Wilson Premier Youth Baseball to make or use pictures, digital images, digital video or other reproductions of my minor child and to put the finished pictures, videos or images (and include my childs name on the team roster) on the WPYB website, Facebook and Instragram pages. WPYB may use these items without providing compensation.

I understand that by signing this, I am, on behalf of myself and my child, releasing WPYB and its directors, officers and agents, from any future claims as well as from any liability arising from the use of any photograph, videos, name or other images.

These permissions above will remain in place for your child’s entire WPYB playing career unless you notify the league that you are changing or removing permissions.
