New Volunteer Procedure 2025
For All Parents
This season the league will be instituting a new procedure for volunteering requirements. All parents (besides managers) will submit a $45 volunteer deposit check to their team manager at the parent meetings.

All parents will then be asked to sign up for one volunteer shift at the online signup page. This will go live on or around April 1, 2025.

When the parent completes their one shift, they will be reimbursed the $45 deposit.

After two seasons of a lack of parent volunteers, the league has no choice but to institute this volunteer fee. We believe this is fairest way to encourage parents to volunteer. Other local sports leagues use this process and many parents are already familiar with it.

Starting with 2026 registrations, the volunteer fee will be rolled into the registration fees.
