Warriors - Spring / Summer 2025 Registration

By completing this form you understand and agree to pay the fee which is due for the 2024 Spring and/or Summer Basketball Season. The fees cover the following expenses:

- Weekly Practice(s)
- Loaner Uniforms (DO NOT DRY THE UNIFORMS)
- League and / or Tournament Fees (Schedule TBA)
- Scrimmages (if available)
- AAU Registration not included, but may be required before season starts!
- National Tournament Fees, Traveling, Lodging, Meals and Spectator entrance fees are not included.

This does not replace any previous agreements, but merely is to be merged as such with any previous agreements or forms.

We are a competitive team and their is no minimum or must play rule or guarantee. Coaches play the players according to performance.

Practices, tournament, and game schedules are always available at www.mocowarriors.org, and www.athlete-trax.com. It is understood that it is best to check their if you have any questions in regards to the date or time scheduled. Emergency notifications will be sent via TeamSnap.

All new players must complete the online new player registration.

Uniforms must be returned in good condition at the end of the season or once your player is no longer on the team, whichever comes first or $150.00 must be paid to MoCo Warriors to cover the expenses of the uniform. Please notify your coach of any possible scheduling issues!

Upon request a copy of a player's birth certificate and report card (or proof of grade) must be submitted to the organization.

E.S. Team - Elementary School Team will play a local League and possibly a tournament as available.
M.S. Team - Middle School Team will play either local Leagues or Tournaments accordingly.
H.S. Team - High School Travel Team will play both local and travel Tournaments.

Schedules will be sent out weekly. A potential travel schedule is available via the weekly news letter for the H.S. Travel team. Based upon their accomplishments and their abilities, we will edit it accordingly for the best competition. On the Tournaments that require overnight stay, please plan to budget approximately $50. per night per player for the ones that will be traveling with the coaches to cover their lodging accommodations. Please supply your child with money appropriately for food.
