*Email scores to the league (except T-Ball) (flushingscores@yahoo.com)
*Treat everyone, including umpires, with respect and create an environment for learning new skills
*Model sportsmanship, including how to win and lose
*Communicate with the league and team parents about weather, practices, games, and playoffs

I understand I will communicate with the league using an app called GroupMe. I will download the app and have my notifications turned on so that I will stay informed. *

I know I am required to sign the umpire's time sheet before they leave (above Tball). *

I understand the code of conduct expected of a coach and I will uphold these expectations. *

24 Hour Rule: If I am upset with a situation (an umpire, another coach, the outcome of a game, etc) I will let 24 hours pass before contacting the league. If I am still upset after 24 hours, I will email the league with my concerns. *

I know there is an end of season tournament that extends the season by one week. All divisions play (except Tball) regardless of their record and it is single elimination. *

I will contact my players' families within 48 hours of receiving my roster. (Please include all parents listed for the player) *

I know I have to schedule practices by emailing flushingfields@yahoo.com. I also know that field availability is LIMITED and I should plan ahead. I will email at least ONE WEEK in advance, list 3 choices of days, & stop practice once games begin. *

I will communicate with families a week at a glance so they can plan for upcoming practices and/or games. *

If I am the winning team, I will email the score to flushingscores@yahoo.com, within 24 hours of my game. *
