Manager Protection lists are due by July 27th, 2024 @ 12pm. Please list the players that will be on your protection list. Your protected players MUST be REGISTERED AND PAID by July 27th, 2024 at 12pm or they will drop off your protection list. Protected players are NOT guaranteed a registration spot. Some age groups will close when we are at the maximum capacity so please have your players register early. Once the age group is full if your player is protected but not registered and paid they will fall off your protection list. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Background check results and any disciplinary history with our league (ejections, suspensions, etc) will be considered for all applicants.

RRBL uses Protect Youth Sports to conduct background checks. All background checks will be submitted after the application period has closed. Once your information has been submitted to their site, we typically receive receive the results within 48-72 hours. Any convictions, guilty pleas, or no contest pleas for violent /abusive behavior will be cause for automatic rejection of your application by the league. All other convictions will be considered on a case by case basis by the league President and one other Executive Officer. Although the information obtained through the background check process is available in the public domain, your results will not be discussed with anyone else without your permission.
