I hereby give my child permission to participate on the Burtonsville Wrestling Club (BWC) in the Burtonsville Athletic Association (BAA) wrestling program. In case of accidental injury that may result as part of my child’s participation, I agree not to hold the BAA, its officers, directors, or coaches, nor the Howard County Wrestling / Parks and Recreation, nor the Anne Arundel Wrestling League liable for injuries incurred.
